About Christina, LMHCA

I’m so glad you’re here.

I provide care for individuals in the greater Seattle area who want to improve the quality of their relationships or recover from trauma and PTSD.

My journey to becoming a therapist:

I had sort of a unique path to becoming a therapist.

I was an Electrical Engineer when I began seeing my own therapist many years ago.

I sought out therapy because I had just started a new relationship, and I didn’t want to fall into the same unhealthy patterns that I had in my past.

In therapy I had the opportunity to explore these patterns and learn more about myself.

I came to realize that I had been in the dark about what was really going on in my relationships. This enabled me to implement change not only in my relationship with my partner, but in all of the relationships in my life.

Therapy had such a big impact on me that I decided to switch careers and become a therapist.

I felt compelled to help others experience the change they were seeking so they could see how fulfilling and joyful their relationships could be.

Counseling for Individuals with relationship Issues

Everyone has their own unique relationship experiences. . . .

I love accompanying my clients on their journey into learning more about themselves and their relationships, and I especially love watching them transform their lives into thriving ones.

I’m grateful that I didn’t miss out on the opportunities that therapy has to offer. I am now happily married to the person I started seeing when I began therapy all those years ago.

Our Sessions Are Focused On You

Sessions will provide you with a space to be yourself.

In feeling safe and comfortable, you'll be able to express your thoughts and feelings and be understood and heard.

It's important to me to stay open to any feedback and questions you may have.

There isn't a "one size fits all" approach to therapy. Our sessions will fit your specific needs and concerns.

Courage isn’t the absence of fear but the triumph over it.

As A Therapist, I Embrace The Following Philosophies

I believe that:

  • You are worthy of love and care.

  • You can feel safe and free in your relationship.

  • Transformation can happen when you reach out for help.

  • You are strong enough to be present with what you may be going through.

  • Sometimes small steps in the right direction end up being the biggest steps in the end.
